APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing NuYu Aesthetics! In our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you carefully review our Policy & ask any questions necessary to help you fully understand it.
It is highly recommended to make appointments at least one week in advance!
Because NuYu Aesthetics is by appointment only, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you & we request that you acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that ‘No Shows’ or last minute cancellations leave our providers of whom have prepared for & reworked their schedules around your requested appointment time with empty appointment times that were kept from other clients' requests. We strive to provide you with optimum appointment flexibility & appointment changes greatly minimize others' options.
CONSULTATION/TREATMENT DEPOSIT TO RESERVE APPOINTMENTS-
We require a $100 "Consultation/Treatment Deposit” to reserve your appointment, which will be credited towards your purchase (service, product, retail, gift card) & redeemable at NuYu Aesthetics, NuYu Nique Boutique, & online for your convenience. You may opt out of credit card prepayment with a cash or NuYu Gift Card deposit in advance.
Full payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Square Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, NuYu Gift Cards, & Cash. We do not accept checks or money orders. All Sales are final.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION FEE-
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointment. “No shows” & cancellations less than 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged a $100 “Cancellation Fee”. Reschedule requests are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Any further treatments reserved will require a deposit of the greater between 50% of treatment or $100 deposit. Please understand that we have prepared for & guarded your appointment time from all other client requests.
A "Consultation/Treatment Deposit” is separate from a “Cancellation Fee”. Your "Consultation/Treatment Deposit is applied as credit towards your service or product purchase; whereas a “Cancellation Fee” is not.
Complimentary or discounted costs for no show, cancellation, or reschedule requested services will be redeemable only at regular price.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer or promotion.
Please allow yourself ample time to arrive &, if necessary, 15 minutes early to fill out forms. You may bring your completed forms with you to save time. We have maps, detailed directions, & forms provided on our "Contact, Directions & Forms" page so you may plan your directions & complete your forms prior to arrival. If a client arrives late for their appointment, the appointment duration will be adjusted at the full fee so that the following appointments are not inconvenienced.
SPECIAL NEEDS / REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS-
Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us adequate time to make any necessary preparations. We want you to feel comfortable & welcome. Please do not hesitate to inform us of anything we may provide to give you a wonderful experience!
Although we have locker availability, which you may reserve prior to your appointment upon request, we encourage you to leave all jewelry & valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE CHILD CARE / LEGAL GUARDIAN REQUIRED FOR CLIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE / 'BY APPOINTMENT ONLY' (NO 'WALK-INS)-
Please arrange childcare so as to ensure that our focus during your treatment is only on you.
Remember, this is an elective treatment. If you plan to be treated, plan ahead.
Any client arriving for an appointment with a child under the age of 18 years will be charged full price of appointment & given the option to reschedule. Any client under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a consenting parent or legal guardian at time of appointment. For your safety & relaxation, our sole attention will be on you. It's not possible for you to supervise a child while during your appointment. For this reason; NuYu Aesthetics & NuYu Nique do not accept unsupervised children, ‘walk-in's', or any other clients during your appointment time. This is NOT a SAFE place for unsupervised CHILDREN.
